CMA Executive is partnering exclusively with a PE backed multisite business to search for a driven Finance Director to help deliver their exciting expansion plans. Award winning and highly acquisitive the organisation is positioned for fast growth in both the short and medium term. The new Finance Director will be responsible for providing financial leadership and strategic input whilst developing a newly created finance team. Reporting to the CEO and to the Board key responsibilities will include:

*Developing and driving the strategic growth plans for the business
*Advising and supporting Board decisions
*Leading, coaching and developing the finance department
*Conducting business development proposal analysis
*Developing the current KPIs and creating a commercial environment
*Reducing operational costs whilst increasing profits
*Integrating financials of newly acquired businesses
*Leading the due diligence on acquisition targets
*Producing meaningful and accurate management information
*Reviewing and improving financial controls
*Implementing improved processes and policies
*Managing the relationship with the external IT providers
*Liaising with third party advisors

The successful candidate will be an ambitious qualified accountant (ACA/ACA/ACMA) possessing financial leadership experience of a multi-site SME ideally within either the Hospitality or Healthcare Sectors. With a proven track record of creating a high performance finance team you will have previous experience of effectively coaching and empowering people. Accustomed to working in a growth environment you will have a proven ability to set up scalable systems and processes. Professional and energetic with an open communication style you will be comfortable challenging at Board level in a constructive manner and liaising with Investors. Committed and flexible you will be a proactive problem solver and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a small leadership team. PE experience is ideal although not essential.
