Robert Walters are working with a global education business that is looking to recruit an experienced Sales & Marketing professional with a strong desire to work for a fast-growing organisation and have an affinity with and an interest in education. You will be results orientated, self-motivated, flexible and adaptable and be driven to strive for continual improvement. In this varied and challenging role, you will develop and implement global, regional and school admissions policies and procedures to create outstanding experiences for parents and students throughout the Purchase stage of the Parent Experience Journey (PEJ) and to engage and inspire the admissions team members.

The Role

  • Support the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to oversee the delivery of each school's enrolment pipeline to meet annual new student recruitment and re-enrolment numbers.
  • Work with the Market Research team to optimise the insights gained from our mystery shopper program ensuring insight are turned into action plans that drive performance.
  • Work with the CCO and Regional Directors of Admissions & Marketing to develop and new vision and strategy for the Purchase phase of the enrolment experience.
  • Lead the development and deployment of our Admissions training across all schools and regions.
  • Lead the development and implementation of key account management for priority global customers.
  • Act as the business lead to support the CRM Program Manager to drive execution and optimisation of the CRM implementation plan.

Candidate profile

  • Salesforce experience
  • Ability to travel 50% globally for 1st year. Role based at London Victora.
  • Working in a sector where you understand the customer experience of high Net Worth customers. Examples include luxury retail, hospitality sector etc experience.
