Radley Green are working closely with an exciting technology-driven start-up based in London looking for their first "in-house" CFO.
This role will work closely with the two founders, chairman and investors and will take responsibility bringing finance "in-house", managing a series B fundraise and developing all financial and commercial reporting processes.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative business, who are disrupting the industry they are in with new technology and AI, at an early stage with the opportunity to guide them through a huge period of growth.
This role will pay between £90k and £120k plus bonus and healthy options package.

The responsibilities will include:
- sitting on the board to help drive business strategy and growth.
- Working closely with the founders, investors, and chairman to add value through developing financial and commercial reporting processes.
- Work closely with the external accounting firm to bring finance "in-house"
- Build a finance team that can add value in a rapidly growing, international business
- Work with department heads to build, analyse and challenge budgets
- Add value through the development of meaningful financial and data analysis
- Implementation and development of all financial reporting processes ensuring tight controls and processes
- Develop cash-flow forecast and cash-management processes to guide company through huge period of growth
- Implementation of new accounting system to ensure efficiency
- Provide advice to business on technical accounting queries around international growth and development.
The successful candidate will be/have:
- Qualified accountant with experience working in finance leadership role in a start-up / high-growth business
- Experience reviewing existing, and implementing new, accounting processes and controls
- The ability to develop reporting and analytical processes to add value to a rapidly changing business
- Strong systems and excel skills
- The ability to communicate well with senior management and investors on a daily basis
