Commercial Finance Manager

Partner Financial are working with a high growth technology business to identify a Commercial Finance Manager for an initial 6-month contract.

Supporting the relevant Divisional Head of Finance, the Manager will work to ensure that senior leadership remains fully informed and advised as to the state of the business, providing detailed factual reports alongside commercially focused commentary.

There will be ample opportunity and the expectation that the role will take ownership of the division’s trajectory, preparing high quality business cases in support of all major commercial decisions undertaken. You will be responsible in part for both the Annual and the Long-Range Business Plans, delivering both at exceptional levels of quality, and playing an integral role in the commercial future of the business while liaising with high-profile internal and external stakeholders.

Key Competencies:

• Fully Qualified Accountant, ACA, with extensive and progressive commercial finance experience and strong core accounting fundamentals.
• The ability to provide key business insight through excellent analytical skills.
• The ability to deliver with exceptional levels of accuracy, placing a high regard on achieving excellence.
• Creative problem solver, able to innovate and deliver proactively, to tight deadlines, and in a complex and fluctuating environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Confident and comfortable when driving collaboration in a high-achieving and multinational environment.
• Proven ability to effectively manage key stakeholders; developing substantial relationships both inside and outside of finance.
