Job Details

Our client a PE-backed buy & build technology business is seeking a CFO to join the board as a true partner to the CEO. With full responsibility for the finance function and a broader remit across the organisation you will be playing a crucial role in defining the future strategic direction of the business and ensuring their continued growth and success. The focus of the role will be on providing a high level of commercial vision to support a swift period of planned growth.

As the right hand to the CEO with full responsibility for leading the finance function and a broader operational remit, you will be responsible for professionalising, leading and implementing all controls, processes and procedures so as to drive growth for the business and oversee an effective buy & build strategy.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) capable of partnering with the CEO and the wider business.
