My client is a leading contractor with a regional turnover of circa £200M.
Operating in the commercial, residential and retail sectors, my client currently has a requirement for 2 Project Directors in Manchester - 1 to run a £20M New Build Office and the other to run a £35M cut and carve project.
My client is looking for someone with a big personality who can see these projects through from start to finish with a positive approach.
The remit is for you to successfully deliver 1-2 schemes from start to finish before further promotion is considered, but there is plenty of opportunity associated with this role!
