SF Group are working with an established private equity firm to find an experienced Chief Financial Officer for one of their more significant portfolio businesses in Birmingham.
The business works in the B2B and B2C IT space and has strong recurring revenue streams.
Put simply we are looking for a strong CFO that has previously worked at a senior level, ideally within a leveraged or PE backed IT / service sector business.
You will have undertaken this role in a stand-alone organisation with no over-arching treasury department - you therefore will have been responsible for managing covenants associated with senior debt, have undertaken at least one refinancing project and then, following a period of turnover / EBITDA growth, exited a business, crystallising value for shareholders.
On this occasion we will only consider candidates who fit the brief above.
We are also looking for candidates that live within a realistic commute of the Birmingham area and precedence will be given to candidates who live locally rather than those who would be living away from home or relocating.
A generous financial package and equity arrangement will be offered to ensure the right candidate is incentivised to deliver.
