Job Title: Mechanical Project Director

Salary: £120,000 basic salary

Location: Central London

The Company

I am representing a leading M&E building services contractor. The company specialise in shell & core and fit out packages across the commercial, banking, healthcare, critical services & residential markets. With an annual turnover in the region of £60 million and an extremely healthy pipeline of work; the business are now seeking a mechanical project director. This will be an office & site based position and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career, while working for a leading MEP building services company.

The Job Role

As mechanical project director you will be responsible for:

* Working closely with the pre-construction team in developing the Mechanical packages

* Tender reviews

* Involved with bid presentations

* Attending project, client and subcontractor progress meetings.

* On site review and management of Mechanical Building Services installation

The Remuneration Package

Should you be successful in your application; you can expect to receive the following salary & benefits:

* A basic salary of up to £120,000

* Company car allowance

* Travel expenses

* Contributory pension scheme

* Discretionary project related bonuses (Between 10-20%)

* 25 days holiday
