Job Details
Our client is an Internationally recognisable branded Food Group with a leading presence across UK and European markets with numerous strategically placed manufacturing facilities across the region.
They are succession planning and looking to recruit their next Chief Executive.
The Role:
- Reporting to the board, you will operate in a highly strategic, fully autonomous leadership position where you will design and deliver a growth plan across multiple routes to market
- Will lead and mentor a senior leadership team to deliver exceptional commercial and operational performance levels covering both UK and International markets.
- Will hold top to top relationships with customers and represent the business at the highest level across various industry platforms.
The Person:
- Ideally degree / MBA educated, you will have extensive achievements in a branded FMCG environment with the ability to increase business performance on an international stage.
- A commercially astute and innovative business general manager you will have significant exposure to food channels/ customers with the gravitas to represent a market leader.
- An inspirational leader capable of operating in a high-profile role with exceptional communication skills at all levels.
