Background of Assignment:
To support the Director of Corporate Development and project manage a Class 1 Transaction (Disposal).
Candidate Description:
To be considered for this assignment, you will be an experienced programme/project manager and have specifically worked to deliver the carve-out of a sizeable and complex operating business from a larger group or parent company. This separation will be across all corporate functions and their operations, which will require a PM whose experience spans across HR, Procurement, Finance, I.T, Shared Services, Branding, Health & Safety, Operations and Legal. A background in finance/accountancy, M&A and management consultancy is preferred, however not a necessity.
