Our client is as Pioneering, multinational provider of cutting edge business service solutions and is now looking for a career focused Director of Account Management to take ownership of Strategic Accounts team.
Our client is a dominant market leader in the provision of a number of business services. The second largest player in their field globally.
The Director of Account Management will take ownership of the Key Accounts team, with responsibility creating and implementing a strategy to retain and renew a select portfolio of key accounts along with growing profitability and revenue. The Director of Account Management will drive growth in sales and profit across the range of services by developing client insight that supports the development of a differentiated sales proposition that adds value for the customer.
The Director of Account Management will be a lead role in client management, planning and co-ordinating engagement to build new relationships between key individuals within target customers and our client.
The Director of Account Management will plan and implement sales strategies aligned with our Client's business objectives and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure commercial objectives are delivered.
The successful Director of Account Management will have a track record leading national account teams who have been focussed on retaining and growing clients of a sizeable value.
You will take pride in your man management skills and be able to evidence success of growing sales teams and developing people along with succession planning.
A track record of selling a complex service along with dealing with Enterprise level clients is also necessary.
The role is home based and the successful candidate will reside in the UK.
Basic Salary of up to £90,000 + car/allowance and bonus
