We have a unique opportunity within a London-based firm for a senior technology professional to join as a CTO, or Head of Technology.

This firm has grown steadily over the past few years, is in a stable and profitable position, and is looking to take their product to the next level. They operate in a niche market and have hired very strategically into key functions recently.

This CTO role will work with the CEO in a very influential position within the organisation.

It will cover a wide range of responsibilities:

• structuring of their tech team
• creative input
• hands-on development
• leadership of all things tech

The right candidate will have experience in a small but growing firm, and have guided the tech function through the challenges that come with scaling a business and reinventing a product. The role will be hugely autonomous and the firm is dedicated to providing the right tools and people to produce results.
