The Role
This role will be based out of their head office in New York with occasional travel to Indian. The main purpose of this role is to 'open doors' in the UK.
- Managing the entire pre sales cycle through execution of the technical sales process to drive both revenue and customer satisfaction
- Developing solutions based on prospect requirements aligned with Saberpoint's ERP, Analytics, CRM and global solution portfolio, demos, technical discovery and POCs
- Working collaboratively with customers and internal teams including Sales, Pre-Sales and delivery teams
- Participate in or lead development of business proposals, RFP and RFI responses, and value engineering and ROI/TCO calculations for customers
- Effectively transferring customer requirements from Presales activities to project delivery team and lead the technical team in US and India for successful project deployments by managing scope, controlling costs, and ensuring the proposed solution will meet customer requirements or expectations
- Customer liaison for escalations
- Must have 10+ years of Presales experience with ERP , Analytics, CRM and Cloud products
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus
- Experience with managing global teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
