Alexander Lloyd are working with World leading commodity broker who are looking for a Head of Compliance to build their Compliance function in Dublin as a part of their Brexit strategy. This is a Generalist role and you will hold the Irish equivalent of the CF10.

Key responsibilities:
•Providing advice on the implications to the Group of new Ireland financial services related regulations;

• Providing compliance and regulatory operational and strategic advice for Ireland business initiatives, programmes and projects
  •Conducting, and supervising the conduct of, regular compliance monitoring of different business units and activities in the Ireland, including planning, reporting and implementing improvements in the Ireland offices' compliance as required
  •Responsibility for managing routine and ad hoc audits and regulatory visits by local regulators and for implementation of any recommendations
  
  Experience & qualifications:
  
  •Sell side experience essential
  •Self-motivated, confident and resilient - able to perform under pressure
  •Adaptable: Able to be decisive and respond quickly to changing regulatory conditions/requirements
  •Proactive and innovative with an entrepreneurial flair
