**RETAINED Head of VAT ROLE * London**
£160,000 - £250,000 p.a.
Lead the VAT teamEverything from leading and mentoring your junior staff through to defining the strategy and business orientation for the medium-long term.
Market-facing
The business is in a period of growth and needs a strong, market and client-facing Partner to forge new relationships with clients across a range of different industries.
You'd be developing the route-to-market for the team with primary responsibility for generating new revenues and winning business from the competition.
Excellent dedicated VAT delivery teamFrom newly-qualified CT juniors to dedicated VAT Directors and Partners, there's a wealth of resource on-hand to deliver the work you'll be successful in bringing in. Additionally, this being an impact area of growth for the practice, there is the remit to build the VAT team around you and your style
Partnership level
A truly collaborative leadership structure with highly-experienced Partners to provide a stable and supportive environment as you carve out this team. The wider CT business boasts Partners from Big 4 and Top 10 accounting practices, law firms and boutique businesses which has enabled development into a variety of areas.
