A world renowned professional services organisation is seeking a Head of Assessment to fill a newly created role within the business.

This role will oversee the rollout of a new global assessment framework and will support the automatic tools and vendor relationships related to assessment.

The focus of this role will be:

• To understand and continue the work already completed to define the requirements for key assessments within the business.
• Lead and manage 3rd party relationships for current and future acquired asessment products.
• Simplification and integration of assessment frameworks globally.
• Development of new assessment tools where necessary.
• Lead and drive interviewer training agenda across the business.
• Build a global network of assessment managers.

Requirements:

• Extensive relevant working experience
• Prior professional services experience
• Project & stakeholder management skills
