GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Company currently employs one Mobile Device Management Admin to support company's sales mobility infrastructure. The increased use of mobility devices by company requires additional support to maintain service levels. In addition, we do not have coverage during PTO and training. There is also an increased risk that a security incident may go unnoticed without another resource or that critical knowledge could be lost in the event the current admin finds a less time intensive opportunity.
Essential Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary point of contact for all mobility related support, LTE and Wi-Fi connected devices
- Available as a technical resource with desktop-related issues which aren't easily resolved
- Interface with suppliers, customers and insurers who require information on security processes
- Interfaces with peers in IT to ensure that all systems developed and deployed have been vetted and are secure
System Administration
- Administration of Symantec Endpoint Protection, current Airwatch or future MDM solution
- Testing and selection of non-server computing hardware to be used within the enterprise
- Serves as a liaison with TSA or outside vendors who may be providing new software, new desktop images and hardware
- Works with outside vendors as required to stay current on technology suitable for our environment (ie software, desktop images, and hardware).
- Creates and maintains roadmaps for mobility software and hardware direction/timing
- QA current images for desktop builds by working with appropriate TSA/vendors
- Write and maintain company's documentation and policies as needed
- Other duties as assigned by Network Architect

Education and Experience
- Airwatch Enterprise Mobility Associate certification required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience
- Airwatch Enterprise Mobility Professional, AirWatch Enterprise Mobility Expert and CCNA certification a plus
- Sound understanding of networking principles including switch, routing, Firewalls, wired, wireless, security and commonly used enterprise applications
- Experience with various Anti-Virus engines, Security Appliances and Mapping Software
- Thorough knowledge of commonly used network protocols
- Related experience and training in troubleshooting TCP/IP Networks
