Job Details
Our client, a small private care nursing home is searching for an interim Operational Home Manager with experience to start immediately. The role will involve supporting the Director of Care with the day to day running of this luxury care home based in London.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing a nursing home and be a self-starter. They must be able to assist in the continued high level of care on a day to day basis. Previous experience in training teams and induction is essential, plus a thorough understanding of CQC regulations.
This role will provide leadership to the Deputy Head of Care and ensure she is supported to manage the Dom Care team. Experience working with GP Practices and establishing lines of communication with them regarding residents is a key part of this role, plus the ability to be familiar with documentation systems for auditing purposes.
Candidates needs to possess the following skills for this demanding role:

- Prepared to travel around London to visit patients
- Good team player
- High levels of excellence in line with CQC expectations
- Up to date nursing pin registration
