Dental Finance Director / London / £80K - £100K
MBR Dental are currently assisting a group of dental practices to appoint a full time Finance Director to join their team on a permanent basis.
Working closely with the Managing Director and forming working relationships with the Operations Director and Management Team, the Financial Director will have responsibility for aspects of company financial strategy, providing leadership to the Board's Finance, accounting strategy and optimisation of the company's financial performance and strategic position. You will lead and manage the finance team, managing and implementing budgets across the company. You will manage policies regarding acquisitions, tax, debt, equity, disposals and capital requirements.
You will be a qualified and a member of an accountancy body (or Equivalent) with strong commercial experience and ideally you will have an understanding of working within the Dental Sector. You will have exceptional communication skills with the ability to make critical decisions and working under pressure. You will have strong management experience, a good team player and strong motivation and enthusiasm to be part of a growing team and dental company.
