Job Details
A private equity-backed IT services group is in need of an Interim CFO to assist in the next stage of growth, following a buy-out from private equity. The company has seen exceptional growth over the last few years and now needs an Interim CFO to work closely with the private equity investor and CEO putting in a best in class finance function.
You will initially be putting in place robust financial control and processes, alongside setting up the FP&A function, which will include hiring a team. Following this initial period of transformation, you will be working alongside the CEO and assisting in the execution of bolt-on acquisitions, as well as the subsequent integration.
You will be an immediately available qualified accountant, have a background in the business services, executed acquisitions (ideally cross-bored) and have experience of working within private equity-backed companies.
