My client is looking to hire a number of senior Property Management professionals for various projects across KSA (Riyadh & Jeddah).
In all roles the Head of Property Management will be responsible for the overall performance of the project (mixed use or residential led), to include considerable focus on strategy, maximising income, ensuring costs are competitive, and minimising risks to the Owner by way of managing and developing the onsite team. This is a broad ranging management role with areas of direct responsibility including financial, leasing, H&S, operational, and strategic business planning.
My client is ideally looking for candidates working outside of the GCC region at present, though candidates with exceptional experience working for one of the top developers in the GCC, will be considered.
