Head of Data Engineering - Bristol - Digital

The Head of Data Engineering will grow and lead a team of data engineers. You will be required to collaborate with platform engineers, domain experts in focus verticals and products managers to identify and build data layer components and best-practice frameworks for data ingestion, cleansing, normalisation, manipulation and categorization, including structuring and presentation.

Working with the infrastructure team, the goal is to ensure data is democratised across the business in a secure and privacy protecting manner to support rapid product ideation and creation, as well as hypothesis testing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the standardisation of data pipelines, processes and data models that are scalable and stable.
