Base Salary: £80k - £90k base, 30% bonus, car allowance and full exec package

Our client is an international food group who manufacture a broad range of brand and Private label bakery products for Grocery, Foodservice and B2B customers across Europe. Due to planned growth across Foodservice markets, they have created a new role.

The Role:

  • Reporting to the European Managing Director you will design and implement a commercial growth agenda to increase profitable revenue streams across Food service markets in Europe.
  • Will directly manage key accounts and work closely alongside both distribution partners and end users to ensure growth targets are achieved.
  • Will uncover new business opportunities across both new and existing accounts working alongside NPD and operations to ensure overall success.

The Person:

  • Of graduate calibre, the ideal candidate will have experience managing international distributors and developing relationships with end user customers with the ability to prove you can grow revenues across such channels.
  • Experience working alongside customers and internal parties to develop new products ideally in branded and private label, with the skills required to grow sales through a collaborative approach.
  • Previous experience building and developing an international sales/commercial team would be highly advantageous.
