Job Details
Our client is a leading player in UK construction and out sourced services sector. Due to recent reconstruction and significant negotiation workload they wish to appoint a Regional Director with a strong building services background to manage a £40m regional P&L.
The Role
- Full P&L responsibility, £45m, you will report directly to the UK Managing Director.
- Managing the customer interface, expectations and delivery will be a key element of this position.
The Person
- Highly commercially astute you will be comfortable managing the companies exposure to risk whilst maintaining client satisfaction.
- With a strong background in mechanical / electrical building services and an appreciation of the soft fm element you will be keen to lead an established team.
- Entrepreneurial by nature you will be a natural leader, who is prepared to implement profitable ideas in a professional manner.
