Our client is a leading UK specialist scaffolding & temporary works designer and contractor working across the construction & infrastructure sectors for a Blue-chip client base. They wish to appoint a results focussed Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting into the group Chief Executive you will hold full P&L for the national business leading organic profitable growth.
  • You will design and deliver the short to medium term strategy working closely with the senior leadership team within group to reflect market demands.
  • You will design and implement robust operating processes, systems and commercial controls to drive the business forward operationally.
  • You will ensure industry leading levels of health & safety policy and culture across all aspects of the business in a group that financially rewards the delivery of profitable growth.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Preferably Degree & MBA qualified a proven operational leader with direct expertise in specialist scaffold contracting in the UK market.
  • Able to demonstrate profitable growth and increase in market share.
  • You will be highly professional and able to demonstrate strong operational process and policy in management along with commercial negotiation expertise.
  • You will be keen to join a growing profitable business that reward the delivery of set goals.
