Are you a passionate and income driven Sales professional with a growth track record in a B2B sales/service environment? Can you hunt down new business and “win the sale”? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity to progress your career with a provider of managed washroom and
floorcare solutions. Our client is part of a FTSE 100 Group and are looking for talented Business Development Manager’s to identify, source and secure both long term and short-term contracts.

The Role:

  • Operating at a senior level, you will be responsible for winning new business as well as effectively managing a portfolio of strategic accounts within the hygiene division.
  • You will work with executive and support team to implement a clear understanding of the customer’s organisations and build strong working partnership across all areas of the business.
  • You will be responsible for building a business plan to drive growth, retention and profitability.

The Person:

  •  You will be a proven service or sales professional operating at the minimum of key and high value account level. With a strong level of commercial acumen, gained from a new business management or large/key sales background.
  • Ideally you will have a strong knowledge of the hygiene sector and competitors, or experience within a similar market.
  • You will have high levels of energy, commitment and tenacity with a strong understanding of the sales/service process.
