Commercial Director – North America

Our client is a globally renowned Premium Fashion and Accessories Group. They are looking to appoint a Commercial Director for one of their leading Luxury Brands within the North American region.

The Role:

• Reporting directly to the Group’s board and a key member of the Global senior management team, you will be responsible for setting the brand’s strategy for continued North American expansion and growth.
• You will target sales revenue growth through both Wholesale accounts and Company-Owned retail stores.
• You will work with varying internal departments to formulate and implement a strong multichannel strategy across both company-owned retail and online channels.
• You will act as the company’s expert on North American sales growth and have full control over target markets and distribution strategy.

The Person:

• Of degree calibre, you will have a proven track record of working in a sales environment for premium fashion brands where you have successfully achieved both wholesale and DTC revenue growth across the North American region.
• You have a good understanding of Online Retailers and have previously developed strong commercial relationships with some of the key players.
• Ideally, you have worked within a matrix organisation and led large sales and marketing teams within these environments.
