Job opening date: April 4, 2019 Job closing date: May 30, 2019 Great opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive to join a growing international company leading the way in providing a SaaS solution for Health, Safety and Environmental Management (HSE Software). You will be responsible for creating and influencing strategy, and planning programmes to deliver against it - so you must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the marketing tools and processes needed to manage them effectively. You should display clarity of thought and have excellent communication skills. The ability to form effective working relationships with both local and overseas colleagues will be critical, you will need to be a genuine self-starter and both communicate and work directly with people at every level in the organization across different time zones. The successful candidate has the opportunity to grow and develop with a pioneering company that is consistently breaking new ground in the HSE arena. This role reports to the CEO. Responsibilities: This role will include, but not be limited to: • Devising an intricate Demand Generation strategy to increase the volume and quality of inbound leads. • Develop complex lead nurturing processes to make sure that EMEX is communicating with the right person, at the right time • Build a sophisticated marketing technology stack, implement CMS, marketing automation and reporting tools • Lead buyer persona development to establish qualification rules for prospects • Develop and execute a robust digital marketing strategy including paid advertising and search engine optimization • Website management, inbound lead management, social media and email communications. • Build an elaborate content strategy and work with partners to deliver effective whitepapers, blogs and other assets • Ownership, maintenance and segmentation of data and Group CRM • Project managing the design and production of all marketing and sales collateral including leaflets, proposals, price lists, power-point presentations, newsletters, promotional and exhibition material. • Developing owned, sponsored and earned events strategy including exhibitions and other hospitality events to make sure that the EMEX brand is represented appropriately in the industry • Providing marketing support to internal stakeholders • Managing external marketing agencies including but not limited to PR, content, branding, website etc. • Reporting on pre-set KPIs and generating extensive analysis on marketing activities • Allocating and managing day to day marketing department costs and budget • Helping EMEX scale from a small start-up to an enterprise business Essential skills: * You will have a solid background in demand generation with a SaaS focus, and understand how to target different stages of the buyer journey with the right content to convert leads along with introducing tactics to drive high growth and scale. * You have a thorough understanding of the UK, EMEA and North America market * At least 5 years of experience with marketing automation software like Marketo or Hubspot, Facebook & Google Ad Manager. Ideally you will be certified in Marketo * You will have proven experience in scaling a start up to a large successful global organization, managing multiple time zones * You will have expertise in managing high volume of inbound leads from start to finish * You will have a good understanding of database management and GDPR compliance laws * Experience in lead nurturing and proven success in accelerating marketing qualified leads through the pipeline * You will have experience delivering paid media campaigns for at least 3 years and have a substantial understanding of online advertising * You will have experience in integrating multiple technologies to build a world class marketing tech stack *You will have at least 3 years of extensive experience in marketing analaysis and reporting, ideally you will be certified in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager * You will have experience in marketing budget allocation and management * You will have strong project and team management skills * Experience of developing visual communications in partnership with branding, graphic design and external agencies * You will have worked closely with PR & content agencies in your career * Excellent copywriting skills * 8 to 10 years of proven digital marketing experience * CIM or equivalent marketing qualification and relevant degree.
