Accountancy Action are delighted to have been retained by an exciting Technology Company based in North Hertfordshire. Due to their continued success and future plans, they are now looking to recruit an ambitious ACA qualified CFO/Finance Director to join its team in this newly created role. You will help drive the business through its next phase of growth, working closely with the rest of the SMT, providing commercial insight and analysis and generally support, advise and where necessary, challenge in order to improve business performance and facilitate growth

This is a very hands on role, leading a small team with full responsibility for the day to day running of the finance function. You will be required to bring in best practice with regards to systems, processes and controls, improve budgeting, forecasting and planning capabilities and to improve the quality of information available to the business.

The successful candidate will most likely be a high calibre ACA qualified CFO / Finance Director with proven exposure within an SME environment, have significant experience or interest within the Tech sector and be someone who has the ambition and drive to play a key role in delivering the growth strategy.
