As Chief Operating Officer you will report to the Group Managing Director and be responsible for core services namely: Finance, HR, Corporate Performance, Procurement, Estates and Health & Safety. You will manage the daily business operations; deputising for the Group Managing Director as required and be a major player in the growth and development of Advance Northumberland. You will lead on the implementation of customer service strategies and ensure a consistent approach across the business.

You will be a qualified accountant or hold an MBA and be able to demonstrate extensive successful senior leadership experience in a social impact and commercial organization.
