The business’ sales and account management team has helped to create year on year growth and ensured they are one of the most successful businesses operating in their sector. Looking forward, however, they fully recognise the need to be more proactive in maintaining that position and building on their success.

As such there is now a need to appoint a Head of Sales to lead the already successful function to the next level and to develop new sectors to complement the existing business.

Ideal Person:

  • Experience of direct selling to B2B and FM markets of compliance services (fire and gas safety, lifts, alarms, HVAC, height safety, water safety)
  • Demonstrable success in developing and delivering a sales strategy for profitable growth
  • A proven track record of achieving real sales growth
  • Strong commercial acumen with a well-rounded contract awareness
  • Change management expertise, with a track record of developing a successful sales team
  • The ability to manage other sales people and challenge the performance of others
  • A business qualification would be valuable
  • Enthusiasm and ability to learn quickly
  • Strong written and oral communicator
