The Company

Harmonic are working on an exclusive basis with an international Creative Agency who are looking to add a strategically minded business leader to their ranks.

They have been growing and diversifying for 15 years in Creative and Marketing services, and due to continuous expansion are now looking for a CFO to help them realise their upcoming objectives.

Your Objectives:

• Working alongside the CEO and investors to develop their growth strategy, raise additional funds and financial planning.
• Devise plans to grow the finance department where you see necessary.
• Overall management of FP&A, all financial reporting and cash management.
• Implementation of controls environment.
• Evaluating new clients and suppliers, analysing and interpreting these relationships.
• Ensure the annual budgets process is applied.

What you need:

• Experience managing FP&A, MI, Reporting and Cash Management.
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with a growing enterprise.
• Experience in leadership
• Strategic thinker

Offered Package:

• £100,000 - £130,000
• Discretionary Bonus
• Share Options (negotiable depending on experience)
