An award winning property consultancy is urgently seeking a Project Director to lead a multi-disciplinary team on a c£200m new build project in the East Midlands area.

Candidate must have suitable experience within a property consultancy environment (expected min of 8-10 years to date) with commensurate qualifications from a technical construction perspective.

Candidate experience must include project lead experience (as a minimum at Senior PM level) on significant commercial development projects, with managerial experience from negotiating start of projects to completion. In addition, evidence of team managerial experience is a pre-requisite. Project is complex with circa 100 stakeholders.

Day to day role will based out of their Oxfordshire offices.

Salary guide £80,000 - 85,000 + excellent benefits package.
