Main Responsibilities
*Plan, coordinate and oversee all aspects of HR GDPR Compliance project working closely with stakeholders within the organisation, to ensure project activities are completed according to plans and compliance with company policies and procedures.
*Define goals, deliverables, tasks and required resources according to the project defined scope and approved resources
*Collect and manage project team, leading meetings and set expectations for project team
*Work in close partnership with IT project manager to make sure that all project's milestones are successfully closed.
*Coordinate communications with all stakeholders and functions involved/potentially impacted by HR GDPR Compliance
*Manage budget and resource allocation on a monthly basis
*Allocate and manage project resources to make sure schedule is on track
*Create schedule, project timeline, and project plan
*Track deliverables & support and direct team
*Lead quality assurance as well as monitor production and quality to customer/stakeholder/sponsor standards
*Monitor and report on project progress and identify and resolves issues and risks
*Proactively raise the identified risks and coordinate the relevant team members and IT project manager to identify the appropriate mitigation actions

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
10+ years' experience as a project manager, especially larger projects with established firms
Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
PMP certification required
PMO experience preferred
Experience in Agile teams
Experience in implementing GDPR projects is an advantage
Proficiency in project management software tools including MS Project
Track record of management of complex global HR projects
Demonstrated ability to work in cross functional teams in an international environment
Expertise in conflict resolution as well as proven leadership skills
Passion for supporting processes and systems
Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
