We are recruiting for a interim Head of Shared Service for our client who has a significant operation in the West Midlands, the successful candidate will demonstrate a strong working history working across larger SSC teams as well as experience leading on a significant change programmes which involving all functional areas of the business.

The successful candidate will have worked in challenging working environments, driving operational change whilst maintaining operational performance and the ongoing support of functional colleagues in delivering change on-time and on-budget.
