HR GDPR Project Manager: PMP, Prince2, Data Protection

A world renowned pharmaceutical organisation based in Prague is seeking a Project Manager to play a key role in the Global HR GDPR Compliance project. The successful candidate will have an extensive background managing large scale roll outs for enterprise organisations with at least one major GDPR and HR project.

The Project Manager is a key role in successfully delivering HR GDPR Compliance project, which requires the following skills/background:

Bachelor's degree required; masters preferred
10+ years' experience as a project manager, especially larger projects with established firms
Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
PMP certification required
PMO experience preferred
Experience in Agile teams
Experience in implementing GDPR projects is an advantage
Knowledge of techniques and tools
Proficiency in project management software tools including MS Project
Track record of management of complex global HR projects
Demonstrated ability to work in cross functional teams in an international environment
Proven leadership skills
Ability to operate as an independent leader with understanding and appreciation of the global/enterprise context
Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
Collaborative partner and team leader with a strong drive to create positive and inspiring work required environment, especially during times of change
Expertise in conflict resolution
Passion for supporting processes and systems
Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
