Business Management Consultant and Coach
ActionCOACH is one of the UK's leading SME business coaching companies and is looking to recruit a Business Management Consultant to join the team. The role is an opportunity to work and grow alongside a high performing and enthusiastic team focussed on ensuring client business and personal success. It will be ideal for you if you thrive in taking complete ownership of client results and are able to help them find and implement specific strategies and ideas to achieve these results.
Your main Responsibilities will include:

Note: B2B selling experience in corporates will be an advantage. Full training and support will be provided in growth and business development strategies that have worked for previous and current clients.
To be successful in this role, you need to be a high achiever in your current/ previous roles and looking to transition to a more purposeful role working directly with SME clients helping them transform their businesses. You need to have a strong sales background and proven prior success in a sales or sales management role to be able to directly help clients looking to significantly grow their business.
The role is permanent and full time and will mostly be based out of our offices in London.
There will be attractive incentives based on the company's performance and for a successful candidate, the role may develop to include managing other areas/ businesses across the Group of companies.
