Job Details

Our client a PE-backed buy & build technology business is seeking a CFO to join the board and act as a true partner to the CEO. With full responsibility for the finance function and a broader remit across the business you will play a key role in defining their future strategic direction and ensuring their continued growth. The focus of the role will be on providing a high level of commercial vision to support a swift growth period.

As the right hand to the CEO with full responsibility for the finance function, you will be tasked with professionalising, leading and implementing all controls, processes and procedures in order to drive growth for the business and oversee an effective buy & build strategy. As well, you'll have broader operational responsibilities for the business.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) capable of partnering with the CEO and the wider business. They are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate significant growth, active participation in board-level debate, and the smooth integration of acquisitions. A demonstrable background as autonomous CFO in a PE Backed buy & build business is highly desirable.
