Job Description:
- Leading all aspects of supply FP&A activities (reporting, planning, forecasting and analysis); provide financial support to management
- Setting and reviewing of monthly and weekly KPIs for submission to management in a timely manner
- Develop dynamic pricing models to support commercial objectives and ensure acceptable economic returns
- Lead/support ad hoc financial analysis projects or building new business cases
- Work with management to develop 1 and 3 year plans monitoring progress against these
- Manage and control the business cashflow including - day to day payments, reconciliations and weekly reporting
- Develop and implement a clear schedule of authority as well as prioritisation of payments
- Review our current processes and find ways to improve our controls and cash management processes
- Provide analytical insight into the numbers with the ability to report that back to senior stakeholders. Also, provide explanations and advice from that data in terms of growing the business, margins and cost reduction
- Working with other European countries to provide support and extract any relevant financial information needed
The Successful Applicant
Qualified Accountant - ACA / CIMA / ACCA
Track record in FP&A / Financial Control
Advanced Excel and finance modelling skills
Strong communications skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Excellent time management and ability to meet strict deadlines
Experience of working in a growing SME would be ideal
