Our client, a market leading group with global operations, is recruiting an Interim BPO Transition Manager. Reporting to the Director of Shared Services, this newly created role will be responsible for the transition of country based operations to the shared service centre model.
Key responsibilities include:
Working closely with key stakeholders, particularly within the BPO organisation, to develop and deliver transition plans within specified timelines;
Ensuring project delivery is achieved with consistency of process, minimal disruption to business activities and with the involvement and buy in of all relevant stakeholders;
Identifying opportunities to further improve process efficiency and the operating model, continuous improvement in systems and controls; Ensuring an effective monitoring process is in place to measure progress and rectify issues quickly.
To apply, you must have a proven track record of delivering major finance transition projects working with BPO organisations.
You will have worked with a wide range of stakeholders at senior level and delivered measurable improvements to processes and systems to drive operational efficiency and levels of customer satisfaction.
You must be a strong communicator with the ability to develop excellent working relationships and are likely to have an accounting or recognised project management qualification.
The role involves significant international travel.
