Then this could just be the Head of Engineering role for you. Come and join a globally expanding and take ownership of an engineering function encompassing c80 engineers on a platform used by the vast majority for the hospitality sector.

The organisation are in a position of real change, and need this newly-defined Head of Engineering role in order to achieve three core goals going forward: Driving the business forward , unifying the code-stack and adapting the solutions to global expansion, region-by-region.

You'll be taking on responsibility for the entirety of the engineering/QA function, with communication being key to being successful in this position. Being able to set the vision across all teams and have everybody pulling in the same direction is going to be key to your success as a Head of Engineering.

As you'll have already figure out, this role is a pretty big deal! As such your experience of leading an expansive team of, say, 35 or more is going to be pivotal in allowing you to hit the ground running.

You will, of course, have come from an engineering background within a B2B2C environment on during your lofty climb to Head of Engineering and as such will be confident talking about current technical landscapes, using this knowledge to ensure quality output to deadlines.
