Our client, a London-based housing association, is looking for an interim business analyst to undertake a project in their finance function. The support contract is coming to an end with their current finance system, which is Oracle. The analyst will review the future business requirements to understand whether they continue with Oracle or opt for a different system.
The individual will be highly experienced working with financial processes and systems and will have worked with Oracle previously. Visio will be used to deliver process maps and working with Lean or Six Sigma is advantageous.
The deliverables are as follows:
- Carry out process reviews
- Understand best practice and make changes as required
- Inputting into the business case
- Working with the current finance system to understand its capabilities, as well as reviewing other available options on the market
- Prioritise requirements
- Run vendor selection
- Make recommendations
There may also be an opportunity for the individual to carry out the delivery phase.
