Financial Planning Manager

My client is a major international brand that operates in over 100 countries with a hugely diverse range of services and activities. Always wanting to do more, they have a number of major change programmes underway that define their ambitions for the future. As this increasingly takes people away from their BAU roles, they re looking to appoint an interim professional to lead on the group planning cycle, including financial 5 year plans, budgets and forecasts.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide a comprehensive financial planning and reporting service to all UK and international regions
• Co-ordinate and deliver a 5 year bottom up plan, incorporating new strategic financial models
• Support and improve planning and forecasting processes to improve management information

 With a strong academic background, the successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant who has already operated at a significantly senior accounting level in a complex and international environment. Ambitious and with an appetite for best practice, gravitas and an emotional intelligence will be essential elements of your personal tool box in order to deal at the top level of this organisation and across all internal functions.
