Interim Vice President M&A

I am currently working with an industrial supply and distribution business backed by a mid-market private equity firm focused on international buyouts and seeking an interim M&A specialist to join their team in the Central London office. The group operate across the globe covering over 25 countries with 700 branches and a turnover in the billions. They have a strong track record and adopt a logical approach when tackling challenges.

The client is seeking someone who can work autonomously without needing support on a deal, ideally from a corporate development background in either large corporations or within a private equity backed business. Execution is key as you will be working on the transactions end-to-end. The role may transition into post-deal integration if you have the relevant language skills.

Languages are a bonus; Dutch, German or any Eastern European language will be taken into consideration, as this role will be covering deals across the UK and Europe.

• Have a strong track record of working in private equity-backed businesses
