Adopting a sprint planning approach to delivery you will develop a PPM centre of excellence including all necessary tools, processes and templates. The scope of this work is extremely broad and ambitious, supporting the development and delivery of Programmes and Projects across the Council. Your commitment and expertise will support the ongoing transformation of the Council and help enhance services to all residents and service users.
This is an important leadership role at the heart of the Council’s delivery for the future, driving and improving our approach to successful project, programme and portfolio management. To succeed it is vital that you can evidence successful leadership of projects and programmes, adopting agile/lean techniques.
