Your new company
Your new company is a global, Oil & Gas giant based in West London. Having seen some really impressive growth over the last few years, they are now looking to add to their Head Office finance function with this reporting focused role. You will be based in really impressive offices, and join a highly intellectual and high-profiteering team.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be reporting into the Group Financial Controller, providing him with strong business partnering in relation to the Corporate Profit Centres. In addition to this you will own the reporting for all Corporate legal entities, ensuring that the financial results of these are completed accurately and on time.
You will also work with Group Tax and Group Legal functions, approving the creation of new legal entities when required, establishing the necessary relationships in order to comply with current internal processes, policies and controls as well as any tax regulatory rules and covenants.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA preferred)
- Strong reporting experience
- Exposure to tax regulations
- Staff management
- Business partnering with senior stakeholders
