Job Details
Our prestigious client within Financial Services are currently looking for a Business Unit Manager - for their Finnish operations. You will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing a range of tactical product initiatives in order to meet the commercial objectives and support the business strategy. You will be communicating with all areas of the business to ensure success is generated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full P&L responsibility for Finland
- Product portfolio responsibility for Finland
- Working closely with the Finland Marketing Manager
- Launching new products
- Looking at process improvement regularly
- Representing the company and coordinating relations with third parties
- Significant successful management experience with P&L responsibility preferably in services' industry with strong online business platform
- Experience in managing cross-border teams
- Strong product portfolio and management experience
- Commercially focused
- Self-motivated leader with a real passion to grow the business and succeed
- Ability to analyse and act on financial statements and reports
- Fluent both in Finnish and in English
