My client are a global organisation that are renowned for being a great work place. They are constantly striving to evolve their digital and marketing offering to make life easier for their internal and external customers. Based in London.

Description

The successful Global Head of CRM will be responsible for implementing and rolling out a global CRM programme [back office system is already in place] to drive best practise across all the local markets they operate in. Local teams will still be able to run bespoke campaigns as and when required, but the view is to largely have a joined up approach to major CRM campaigns so the big tickets are automated, and local teams can focus on local campaigns.

Profile

The successful Global Head of CRM must have extensive CRM experience, ideally in a B2B and B2C environment. You will have aspirations to grow your remit to a Director level position and develop with it. Based in London
