The Group Head of CRM Product is a critical role to drive the success of the global CRM programme through our marketing and technology infrastructure, campaign excellence and analysis. The successful candidate must have extensive knowledge and a passion for CRM with the ambition to deliver a world class multi-channel customer experience.

Description

Based in London the Head of Product will be responsible for:

  • Implementation, development and optimisation of the CRM infrastructure
  • Provide product support to CRM teams on use and configuration of Marketing Cloud, Pardot and Thunderhead
  • Work with CRM, digital and content teams to produce clear, documented CRM product roadmaps and ensure products and integrations are tested, documented and delivered on-time
  • Work with the Digital Hub to ensure the delivery and ongoing management of CRM infrastructure including effective alignment with sales management system
  • Work with third-party partners to manage the delivery and optimisation of the CRM solutions
  • Support the implementation of a rigorous test-and-learn methodology to optimise infrastructure and campaign performance
  • Proactively communicate new capabilities and deliver technical training for regional CRM teams

Profile

  • Experienced CRM professional able to operate across all levels of the organisation and in an international environment
  • Proven track record of hands-on execution of CRM projects with a broad knowledge of CRM Campaigns, CRM Analytics and CRM Systems
  • Strong understanding of the latest CRM trends and tactics
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, capable of communicating at all levels within the organisation with experience of building key relationships at senior levels
  • Excellent project management capabilities to stay on top of detail, deliverables and anticipate and propose solutions to potential roadblocks to keep activities on track
