SF Group are working with a market leading technology business in the West Midlands to source a commercially aware Finance Director.

The business in question is profitable, owned by the management team / a mid market private equity firm and generates annual revenues in excess of £10m.

Alongside the other Board members, your role will be to shape and deliver the long term strategy of the organisation through a sound financial infrastructure and balanced commercial decision making.

This organisation has strong recurring revenues and as such you will ideally be working as CFO / FD / FC in a business where this is also the case.

Ideally you will be working or will have worked within a stand alone or private equity backed organisation

The business in question is highly profitable and we would expect this company to go from strength to strength over the next three years.
